I am the kind of Mom that packs what we need to make homemade waffles and enjoy an oversized cup of coffee in our PJs while on vacation.

Plus, seeing as this vacation kitchen has far more counter space and shinier appliances than ours at home, it didn’t feel arduous in the slightest.

That’s enough for a holiday post. 🙂
