Pushing Through the Storm

If I was a ship’s captain,

Today was filled with rough currents and troubled waters.

The kind of storms that make you want to turn around or head to shore.

Find somewhere surrounded by safe harbour to anchor.

Find a friend and drink to clear skies with simpler ebb and flow.

Rest, recover, and battle the seas another day.
